Animal Control Appeal Board

The five member Animal Control Board is referenced in Chapter 90-Animals of the Troy City Code and is appointed by the City Council for three-year terms. The Board meets semi-annually to interpret the rules and regulations outlined in the Animal Control Ordinance. Additionally, the Board considers appeals based on ordinance violation decisions of the Animal Control Officer. City Liaison: Police Department, 248.524.3477.
