Special “30 Days to Health” Program Offered in March at the Troy Community Center

 

 

(TROY, MI) – The Troy Parks and Recreation department is offering a “30 Days to Health” program during the month of March designed to promote healthy lifestyle choices for family members of all ages.  A wide range of activities and informative sessions are offered throughout the month for everyone who registers to participate in the program.

 

“Experts say it takes 21 days to break a bad habit and form a new one,” Fitness Coordinator John Hug said.  “This program can help you break those bad habits and reach your health and fitness goals.”

 

All programs and classes are held at the Troy Community Center.  Registration to participate is required.  The fee is $11 per person for residents and $13 for non-residents.
