(TROY, MI) – Come on out and discover why the Troy Family Aquatic
Center is one of Troy’s best attractions.
The Center is inviting the public to attend an Open House on Saturday,
May 16 from
10 am-12 Noon or Sunday, May 24 from 2-4 pm to see
what’s in store for everyone in the family this summer.
There will be public tours
of the facility, as well as the chance to meet members of the well-trained
staff. Be sure to check out the three
waterslides (one for children under the age of 10), main pool with zero-depth
edge, two spray pools, waterfall, sand volleyball, children’s sand play area,
changing rooms, and deck amenities.
You do NOT have to be a Troy
resident to use the Troy Family Aquatic Center, but Troy residents do receive
discount admission. Two free guest
passes will be given to season pass holders who purchase a season pass before Thursday,
May 21.
The Troy Family Aquatic
Center opens for the season on Friday, May 22 from 3-7:30 pm with a
special Free Admission Day.
Early season (May 22-June15)
hours are: Monday-Friday, 3 pm-7:30 pm;
Saturday-Sunday, 11 am-7:30 pm. On
Memorial Day, May 25, the hours are 11 am-7:30 pm.
From June 16-September 7,
the regular hours are Monday-Thursday 11 am-7:30 pm (in June and August);
Monday-Thursday 11 am-8 pm (in July), and Friday-Sunday 11 am-7:30 pm.
