Troy 50+ Computer Learning Center Offers December & January Classes

(TROY, MI) – At the Troy 50+ Computer Learning Center at the Troy Community Center, students 50+ learn to use a computer in a friendly, relaxed environment. A computer is provided for each student and course materials are included in the fee. All classes through December use Windows XP. Coming in January: Windows 7. Classes include:

Computers for Beginners – (M&W, Dec. 6-15 and Jan. 3-12 from 1-3 pm);

Intermediate Computer Skills (M&W, Dec. 6-15 from 6:30-8:30pm and Jan. 17-26 from 1-3 pm);

Basic PhotoShop Elements (T&TH, Jan. 4-27 from 1-3pm);

Windows 7 (M&W, Jan. 17-26 from 6:30-8:30 pm);

Internet Using Internet Explorer 8 (M&W, Jan. 3-12, from 6:30-8:30 pm);

Where Did that Document Go? (T&TH, Jan. 11-13, from 9:30-11:30am);

Power Point (T&TH, Dec. 14-23, from 1-3 pm and Jan. 18-27, from 6:30-8:30pm);

E-Mail (T&TH, Jan. 4-6, from 9:30-11:30 am);

Classes last two to four weeks. The Troy Community Center is located at 3179 Livernois.
