DOGS TAKE OVER THE TROY FAMILY AQUATIC CENTER SEPTEMBER 6

Let Your Pooch Come for a Swim at 5th Annual “Dog Water Extravaganza”

(TROY, MI) – You won’t have to leave your friendly companion behind for this upcoming event at the Troy Family Aquatic Center. Bring your furry friend along for a 45-minute dog only swim before the pool is drained for the season, Saturday, September 6.

The Aquatic Center will be offering three separate swim times based on the dog’s weight between 12-3 pm as follows:

• Under 40 lbs. (12- 12:45 pm)
• 41- 65 lbs. (1- 1:45 pm)
• 66 lbs. or more (2- 2:45 pm)

Dogs must be 6 months of age or older to participate. Dog owners must register and pay a $10 registration fee for their dog to swim. Proof of dog’s vaccination or registration must be shown upon the day of the event. A commemorative t-shirt will be given upon check-in to all guests registered in advance.
