The
Troy Community Center is offering a new series called “New Ideas for a
Healthier You.” Learn the food facts you need to know to make better food
choices and live a healthier lifestyle in this five-part series. You may attend
the entire series for $75 or individual classes for $20 each. A healthy snack will be provided.
“Learn the difference
between organic and natural,” John Hug, Fitness Coordinator said, “Plus how to
get healthy by the food choices you make.”
The series meets on
September 22, October 6 and 20, and November 3 and 17 from 7-8:30 pm at the
