(TROY, MI) – High

Aquatic Center. Jam Fests run from 8-11 pm on following Fridays: June 25, July 9, July 16, and July 23.
Parents can feel secure sending
their teens to this substance-free party sponsored by the Troy, Clawson, and
Auburn Hills Police Departments, School Districts, Community Coaltions, Troy Parks & Recreation, Boys & Girls
Club of Troy, and Troy Families for Safe Homes.
“Summer Jam Fests give teens the
chance to have the Aquatic Center all to themselves
and enjoy food, music, volleyball and swimming,” Troy Police Officer Nickie Kaptur said.
“It’s an opportunity to interact with each other and enjoy themselves in
a fun and safe environment. There’s no
question this is a great place to bring all that terrific summer teen energy.”
Admission is only $5. Admission includes a $3 voucher that teens
receive toward concessions. There’s
swimming, sand volleyball contests, bands, disc jockeys, water basketball,
jewelry making, and more.
Jam Fests are open to students
