designed specifically with teens, between the ages of 13-17, in mind.
Activities include:
July 2: Needleworks, Library,
2-4 pm.
Learn the basic stitches of knitting to make a
cute cell phone holder and other items to personalize your outfits. No registration. FREE.
July 7: Anime Club, Library,
1-2:30 pm.
Students who enjoy Anime and Manga are invited to
watch Anime, discuss manga, play games and eat snacks. No registration. FREE.
July 7: Fear Factor, Library,
7-8:30 pm.
What grosses you out? Have you ever tasted
unusual foods? Test your “Fear Factor” while winning prizes. No registration. FREE.
July 9: College Bound, Library,
2-4 pm.
From test scores to campus visits to
applications, join award-winning college counselor Patrick O’Connor for tips
about making your college selection. No
registration. FREE.
July 21: It Bugs Me, Library,
7 pm.
Bugged by Bugs? Learn some facts that will help
you to understand the world of insects. Don’t miss out on the drawing for
prizes! Registration begins June 2.

of the same old games? Have ideas for some cool new ones? Using our computers,

Room to enjoy a “bug-based” PG-13 movie. No

July 30: Stuck on You, Library,

Duct Tape Rules! Learn how to “build” a sheet of
duct tape so you can make wallets, purses and other handy items that will be
durable as well as fashionable. No
