Fight the Faltering Economy with a Business Workshop
at the Troy Public Library on March 5

 

(TROY, MI) – Ken Bloom’s popular small business series “Business Basics for your Small Business” has been consolidated into one session designed to show you how to accomplish your dream of owning your own business – even in today’s economy. Bloom, a partner with Bloom Asset Management, Inc., will hold the class Thursday March 5 at 7 pm at the Troy Public Library. 

The workshop will discuss how small business owners can protect their personal and business assets. This includes how to determine which business entity best protects you assets, methods to help protect key business information and customer lists, and the importance of estate planning.  Also Bloom will take a look at retirement and succession planning.

Bloom in an honors graduate of Michigan State University and the University of Detroit Law School, and holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York Law School. He has also earned a Certificate of Completion in the areas of probate and estate planning from the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
