Nature Center Offers Live Hawk and Owl Presentation to Celebrate Earth Day

(TROY, MI) – The Lloyd A. Stage Nature Center offers a great way to view nature “up close” on Sunday, April 17, from 1-2:30 pm when Joe Rogers presents the natural history of hawks and owls.

“Joe Rogers and his team have been rehabilitating injured hawks and owls in Michigan for many years,” Nature Center Manager Stacey Yankee said.  “You will be amazed by his knowledge and mesmerized by these incredible birds, live and up close.  This is a wonderful way to celebrate Earth Day with your family.”

Registration is required.  The fee is $6 per resident or $11 for non-residents.  The Nature Center is located at 6685 Coolidge Highway in Troy.
