Family New Year’s Extravaganza Rings it in with the Kids
(TROY,
MI) – Troy’s “New Year’s Eve Extravaganza” invites you and your
family to the Troy Community Center on Friday, December 31 from
5:15-9:15 pm for a night
of family fun. It’s a great way to help
the young ones ring in the New Year … and still be home in time to watch the ball
drop in Times Square.
The evening
includes open swim, inflatable castle, basketball, pizza, pop, and goody bags
for the kids. Parents must accompany children under 10 years old in the water.
“The event
culminates with a New Year ‘countdown’ with all the flair and hoopla in the gym
at 9 pm,” said Parks and Recreation Coordinator Brian Goul. “It’s a great venue for this family friendly
celebration.”
The fee is
$12 for residents six years and older and $6 for those five years and
under. Non-residents are $17 and $14,
respectively.
