SOCRRA Hosts Recycling Workshop for Troy Citizens

(TROY, MI) – Learn all about the recycling process at the Troy Public Library as SOCRRA hosts a free workshop that will address the proper process to preparing your recyclables for curbside pick-up. Held Thursday, January 15, from 6-7:30 pm, this informational event will provide answers to questions like:

• What exactly can be recycled after the recent addition of various items?
• What can be dropped off at SOCRRA’S Recycling Center?
• What happens to recycled items at the center?

Residents will also get the chance to explore the many reasons for participating in the curbside recycling program, including protecting the environment, preserving landfill space, protecting wildlife, saving money and more!
