Scouts Can Earn Patches at Troy’s Stage Nature Center

 

 

(TROY, MI) – The Stage Nature Center is offering Scouts a fun opportunity to earn their nature-related badge during special two-hour programs. 

 

Bear Cubs can experience “Sharing your World with Wildlife” on Saturday, January 29, from 12-2 pm. (Activity #317204A).

 

Juniors can experience “Plants and Animals” on Saturday, February 5, from 12-2 pm. (Activity 317218A).

 

Webelos can experience “Geology” on Saturday, February 26, from 12-2 pm. (Activity 317205A).

 

The registration fee is $12 a person.  Dress for the weather as participants will be outside for part of the program. All items necessary to fulfill the requirements for badges are available. Scouts receive a certificate of completion at the end of each program. Badges themselves are not furnished.

 

Registration for groups is available. Leaders will not be charged, but need to remain with their groups. Individuals, not accompanied by a leader, must have adult supervision. Adults and leaders are admitted free.
