check out:
Afternoon Tea Grand Style - MRPA
brings the “Grand Experience on the Road”
Thursday April 7 at 1 pm, Troy
Community Center, Room 301, FREE
Come and find
out all about the MRPA Grand Hotel Mackinac Island trip scheduled for September
27-30, 2011. Enjoy complimentary tea and cookies and view a slideshow
presentation on the history of the Grand Hotel.
Lunch at Traffic Jam and Tour of Model T
Complex, Saturday, April 9, from 11:30 am- 4:30 pm. Cost: $25 Resident /
$35 Non Resident
Travel by Troy school bus to downtown
Detroit and have lunch at Traffic Jam at your own expense. After lunch tour the Model T Factory on Piquette to see where the auto production line began.
Vaudeville Variety Luncheon Show, Monday,
April 11, from 10:30am-4pm. Cost: $52 Resident / $62 Non Resident
Travel by City bus to the Lafayette
Grand Ballroom in Pontiac, MI and enjoy a buffet lunch followed by a Vaudeville
type variety show.
Solanus
Casey Pilgrimage, Tuesday, April 19, from 8:30 am-3:45 pm. Cost: $56 Resident /
$66 Non Resident
Travel via deluxe motorcoach to downtown Detroit to visit the Solanus Casey Center which was built in memory of the man
that started the Capuchin Soup Kitchen in 1929. The Center includes a museum,
gardens, auditorium, dining room and conference space. Lunch of Roasted Turkey, mashed
potatoes/gravy, salad, green beans, bread/butter desert and beverage is
included.

Cruise, October 13 - 23, 2011, Prices range from $2,479-$2,969 based on
Stateroom category (Non-residents add $10)

Ballroom Dance Lessons
Join the “Dancing with the Stars” craze and sign up
for 6 week Ballroom Dance lessons with instructor Fred Caducio.
Fred is an accomplished dancer and
experienced instructor teaching at a variety of locations across the Metro
Detroit area. Classes will include 2 weeks each of instruction in the following
steps: Rumba, East Coast Swing, and Cha Cha. Apr/May
series will include Foxtrot, Tango, and Waltz.
Cost: $31 Resident / $41 Non Resident
Drop in passes available for purchase in
classroom. $8 resident / $10 NR.
