New Nature Center Program Takes in the “Lights and Sounds of Summer Nights”

(TROY, MI) – The Lloyd A. Stage Nature Center offers a special way to enjoy nature at dusk on Friday, August 7 from 7:30-9 pm.  Nature lovers ages 7-adult can come hike by the light of the moon and take in the “Lights and Sounds of Summer Nights.”

This is a family program.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.  The fee is $4 a person for Troy residents and $6 a person for non-residents.

“This is a fun opportunity to experience nature at dusk,” Nature Center Manager Stacy Yankee said.  “It’s that special time when animals make magical music and insects glow in the dark.  We’ll help participants take it all in.”

The Nature Center is located at 6685 Coolidge Hightway.  For more information or to register, please call 248.524.3567.
