Thirty Minutes: Changed Forever at the Troy Public Library

(TROY, MI) – Julie Frawley survived a brutal assault by a serial rapist.  Twenty years later she is telling her story at the Troy Public Library, Wednesday, March 18, from 7-8:30 pm in hope that her experience will help other victims, their friends and family, as well as police, attorneys and those who work with similar situations.  This program is for those 18 years or older

Frawley chronicles her journey from victim to survivor in her book “Thirty Minutes:  Changed Forever.”  A representative from HAVEN, a member of the Troy Police Department and Julie Frawley will lead a discussion of sexual assault and domestic violence.
