Register Now for Instructional Girls Softball Program

(TROY, MI) –Troy Parks and Recreation is offering a Girls Softball program for second grade girls (during the 2008-09 school year) who are too old for tee ball but not yet ready for a competitive league. The sessions run June 23 - July 30 and are offered at

9, 10:15 or 11:30 am at Firefighters Park.

Over the course of six weeks, players learn the basics of throwing, catching, fielding, base running, positions and batting. The first three practices are instructional clinics and the remaining days are scrimmages.
