Our businesses, churches and community groups are once again coming together to make sure teens spending 'Spring Break' in Troy have a chance to take advantage of great activities, deals and discounts. Highlights include discounts at local restaurants, the 7th Annual Laser Quest Overnighter, a Day of Tournaments at Zion Christian Church.
One of the week's highlights is the 7th Annual Laser Quest Overnighter on Friday, April 6 from 11:30 pm-6 am. This overnight excursion with six hours of heart-pounding laser quest action includes snacks and a continental breakfast. The cost is $35. Register at Laser Quest, 31401 John R or call 248.616.9292. Laser Tag, a futuristic game combining hide-and-seek and tag, is perfectly suited for this type of event.

All Night Lock-In (Gaming Party) at the Timbuktu Edutainment Center at Oakland Mall: Thurs, April 5, from 9pm-6am; $20 per person. Bring your gamer tag & your hard drive and game all night! Play the latest games on XBOX 360, XBOX Kinect, PS3, Wii and PC. Skype, watch Hulu, Netflix or YouTube videos, and even chat on Facebook. XBOX Live & Playstation Live accoun ts are on all systems. Encounter Youth Ministry Day of Tournaments on Saturday, April 7 from 4-10pm at Zion Christian Church's South Building (3668 Livernois). 4 on 4 Volleyball Tournament (4:30-6 pm), $100 prize to winning team; Dodgeball Tournament (6:30-7:30), $25 prize to winner; 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament (8:30-10 pm), $100 prize to winning team; Euchre Tournament (8-10 pm), $50 prize to winning team.
