Does the City license animals?
Dogs are licensed according to the Rabies Expiration Date. A discount is offered for Spayed/Neutered dogs.
Late fees are applicable and Senior Citizen Rates are available. Cats are not licensed. Non-domestic animals require a specific animal permit application from the City Clerk's Office.
How do I obtain my child's birth certificate?
Certified copies of Birth Certificates for children born in the City of Troy can be obtained at the City Clerk's Office with proper identification. The fee for a certified copy of a birth certificate is $15 for the first copy and $5 for each additional purchased at the same time.
Do I need to license my business with the City?
