Municipal Building Authority

Pursuant to the provisions of Act 31, Public Acts of Michigan 1948 (First Extra Session), as amended, the Authority acquires, equips, furnishes, owns, improves, operates and maintains City buildings. The Authority executes contracts and provides for the issuance of revenue bonds. The five member board serves for three-year terms.
