Future Park Sites

Section 22

Known as Parcel #1, this 22-acre parcel is located east of Livernois, between Big Beaver and Wattles Roads.

Section 2

Known as Parcel #2, this park site is 6.5 acres in size and is located north of Square Lake Rd, just west of Kensington Church. It contains a portion of the Fetterly Drain and a prominent cattail marsh along Square Lake Road.

Section 11

Known as Parcel #3, this 12-acre site is located across Square Lake Road from Parcel #2. It is situated between John R Road and Willow Grove on the south side of Square Lake Road. The Fetterly Drain runs through this parcel, which also contains a heavily treed area in the southeast section of the property.

Section 24

Known as Parcel #4, this 13.5-acre site is located on the east side of John R, between Big Beaver and Wattles Roads. This parcel also adjoins Barnard Elementary School property.

Section 36

Know as Parcel #5, this 15-acre site is located to the south of Maple Road, between Milverton and Leafgreen. The parcel is long and narrow, measuring approximately 250' wide by a half mile long. It is intersected by the Spencer Drain and contains a wooded wetland area as well as significant open space.
