The Troy Daze Festival is a wonderful marketing opportunity and chance to showcase community spirit. We hope you will consider joining us as a sponsor for the 41st annual festival, September 17-20, 2009.
Recent History
The 2007 festival surpassed all expectations by setting attendance records for Thursday, Friday and Saturday and overall attendance. Each year we seek new ways to improve the festival. We redesigned the tent layout and added the Magic Cauldron for children's games, crafts and entertainment, along with adding camel rides and a petting zoo. The Sunday evening fireworks were a spectacular display.
Who Attends
Our 2007 demographic survey shows that 90% of attendees are from Oakland County, approximately half from Troy. Troy Daze Festival sponsorship will help you reach out to 100,000 people and show them that you support the community.
Sponsorship Perks
Sponsors may receive acknowledgement in the Festival Program, their logo featured on banners on the festival grounds, VIP passes and amusement ride tickets that may be distributed at your discretion (to employees, clients, etc). As you would expect, the larger the sponsorship, the more perks we can pass on to you.

Troy Daze Official Sponsor
$10,000 +
Participate as an official sponsor of the Troy Daze Festival! You will receive product exclusivity at the festival and sole sponsorship of your designated event. This plan provides you with maximum media exposure and prominent positioning at the festival.
Product exclusivity
If your company sells a product relevant to the festival, only your brand will be allowed to be used or given away.
Sole sponsorship
Yours will be the only name associated with the event and a banner will be displayed at the location of the event within the festival grounds. Events available for sole sponsorship at this level: Entertainment Tent, Fireworks
First right of refusal
You have the first right of refusal for renewal next year.
Banner displays
A 4' x 20' banner will be displayed in the event tent for the duration of the festival. A banner will also be carried in the Troy Daze Parade, with a mention in the parade cablecast that you are a sponsor.
Advertising
Ad in the official Troy Daze program, delivered to Troy households and passed out on the festival grounds. Listing in the Miss Troy Pageant program.
Public relations exposure
Press releases, name in city publications / brochures related to Troy Daze, logo on Troy Daze committee shirts, logo on the back of Volunteer shirts, and a free booth on the festival grounds.
